Before joining Martinian Lawyers, Ian worked in foreclosure defense, helping individuals who fell on hard time to be able keep their homes while working with banks to create payment plans that worked for the homeowner. He also helped individuals going through bankruptcy to have entire mortgages stripped from their record.
While at Martinian Lawyers, Ian combines his knowledge of the law and his heart for people to provide vigorous representation for his clients. His ability to listen to client’s story and to find the hidden value in cases allows him to obtain money far in excess of the insurance company’s original offer.
In his spare time, Ian enjoys tutoring individuals studying for the notorious California bar exam.
